Before you call
The questions we get asked.
Corporate events typically need four to five weeks, a destination wedding closer to six months. Shorter notice is often workable — call with the date and we’ll tell you plainly whether it can be done well.
Both. Most clients appoint us end to end — concept, creative, planning, production, vendor coordination, execution, post-event. You can also appoint us for a single selective craft: stage and set, AV and technical, branding and fabrication, décor, entertainment, celebrity management, corporate films, registration and hospitality, or manpower.
Rahul Joshi. The first call, the plan, the vendor briefs and the show-calling on the day sit with one person. He is on location for every event we run. No handoff after the contract is signed.
Pune is home, and Maharashtra is standard ground. We travel outstation for events that carry the logistics — offices, factories, plants and warehouses; hotels, convention centres, banquet halls and outdoor venues. If a location doesn’t work for the scale of your event, we’ll say so at the quote stage, not after.
We would be happy to work within your budget and offer the best possible solution. However, the final cost depends on the event scope, venue, deliverables, and execution timelines. Based on your requirements, we try our best to customise the proposal to match your budget without compromising the desired quality and experience.
It starts with a venue visit and a meeting. Bring the date, guest count, scope and what matters most to you. We’ll talk it through, then send a proposal — with more than one creative and budget option where that helps.
Fifty percent on confirmation, thirty percent ten days before the event, the balance on completion. Set out in the proposal before anything is booked.
Stage and set design, LED screens, backdrops, lighting and trussing, seating layouts, sound, projection, presentation support and stage automation. Branding and fabrication — entrance, stage, signage, standees, stalls, photo moments — sit with the same team.
Yes — anchors, DJs, live bands, performers, speakers and celebrity artists, sized to the room and the occasion.
Yes. Registration desks, welcome teams, ushering, seating, VIP hospitality and on-ground coordination. For weddings, that extends to family and outstation guest logistics.
Bachelor party, haldi, sangeet and the days around them — décor, staging, lighting, trussing, moving props, entries, choreographers and entertainment. We work with the vendors a family already trusts, bring our own, or run both together. Whichever way it goes, one person still holds the thread.
Strike and settlements, and the photography and videography handover — including highlight films and corporate films where they’re part of the plan.

Rahul Joshi has spent over 20 years in the event industry, and has run Live Events since 2010. What began as a small Pune outfit now produces inaugurations, launches, conferences, annual days and weddings across Maharashtra and outstation.
His work is operational rather than ornamental: the run-of-show, the vendor brief, the seating plan, the cue that has to land on the second. Clients get one number, every time — the first call, the plan, the briefs, and the show-calling on the day. He is on location for every event we run, from the first truck to the last light.
When something moves at 7pm, you're not filing a ticket. You're calling the person who wrote the run-of-show.
